Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that in case of damage, 50% of the product cost will be refundable.
Replacements
We understand that sometimes products may change during delivery to our customers. In such cases, we offer replacements at no extra cost to you. Please contact our customer service team with details and photos of the product within 7 days of delivery to initiate the replacement process.
Delivery Details
We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, however, please understand that delivery times may vary depending on the courier company. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
To avoid any discrepancies, we provide a courier tracking ID for parcel tracking to our customers. This enables you to track the status of your delivery in real-time.
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
